For this reason we also guarantee a clean room maintenance service that allows us to constantly check their status.

PLANNING AND DESIGN

The project is the basis for a good work. Winning solutions and determination are the stimuli of our team of specialized engineers and technicians, who always supported our customers. Our intent is to achieve your full satisfaction with the quality and functionality of our products, therefore we try to develop a project that identifies our company together with your ideas or we put our ideas at the service of your needs.
A fundamental aspect is linked to the functionality of the structures: we use modular system and we design items specifically for each order using modern programs to improve efficiency, business organization and livability of the environments.
Each project comes from innovative ideas and shared solutions, in compliance with the regulations of the individual sector and the high quality standards required.

"TURNKEY" PROJECTS

It is the most innovative service we provide and it is what makes us even more proud.
In addition to the previous phases, we give to our customers the opportunity to use our best collaborators specialized in engineering, qualification and validation of plants. The offer, besides CLEAN ROOMS, is complete with HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning): U.T.A. (Air Handling Unit), B.M.S. (Building Management System), E.M.S. (Environmental Monitoring System) compliant with CFR21 part 11, with the addition of COLD ROOMS and / or STABILITY ROOMS, if required.
We take care of everything, guaranteeing an excellent result. The customer only has to start the plants.

Production

It is essential for us to create a valuable product, therefore every single process is supported by raw materials of high quality, specialized equipment and through the attention of the staff. Thanks to our long experience in the sector and our handicraft we are able to satisfy every specific customer need. Our equipment allows us to section, square, drill, hot or cold press and carry out special processes for furniture and panels.
If necessary, molds are specially made by our technicians, for the production of the individual order.
We work to improve our products through new technologies, innovative materials and more efficient solutions, while maintaining our Italian craftsmanship of which we are proud.

INSTALLATION

It is the final phase of the work and we have always followed it very carefully, because its accuracy is essential to ensure the perfect result of the whole project. The finishes and the visual impact are part of our logic: simplicity but also precision and attention to all details. In fact, the finishing details are among the elements that distinguish our work.
Our assembly teams are made up of specialized internal staff and external collaborators with experience in the field. They are used to move all over the world and are constantly supported by our technical staff who has taken care of the development of the project from the beginning.

ASSISTANCE AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

We offer a highly professional after-sales service, even some years after the realization of a project.
Our intervention can be both technical for consultancy and practical, for maintenance and/or repairs on site. Customers can request the periodic scheduled planning of our interventions in the purchase phase, by stipulating maintenance contracts.
